Yoshiyuki AikawaDirector (Chairman), CEO
Dr. Aikawa currently serves as the Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SBC Medical Group Holdings Incorporated. He also holds the position of Director at SBC Medical Group Co., Ltd. (Japan). He earned his medical license in 1997 after graduating from Nihon University School of Medicine. Since 2008, he has been an active member of the Post Graduate Assembly (PGA) of the Department of Anesthesia at Harvard Medical School. From 2014 to 2015, he served as President and Director of the Japanese Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (JSAPS). Dr. Aikawa is also a member of several professional societies, including the Japan Laser Therapy Association, the Japan Liposuction Society, the Chemical Peeling Society, and the Japanese Society of Anesthesiologists.
Yuya YoshidaDirector, CFO, COO
In 2003, he joined Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, covering market operations, securitization, M&A, and ALM/treasury functions, and earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2014. From 2016 to 2023, he served as Global Head and Director of Corporate Development at Rakuten Group, Inc., leading M&A, investments, and business alliances. He has served as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of SBC Medical Group Holdings Incorporated since September 2023, and as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and SBC Medical Group Co., Ltd. (Japan) since April 2025. He now leads the group-wide AI transformation (AIX) and drives the Longevity strategy as Head of the SBC AI Lab and Chief AI Evangelist, and as CEO of SBC AI Longevity Innovation, Inc.
Fumitoshi FujiwaraIndependent Director
After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Meiji Gakuin University, he built a career in buyout investments, venture investments, real estate development, and IPOs in both Japan and the United States. From 1989 to 1993, he worked in Japan-US finance operations at Shuwa Corporation. From 1993 to 2000, he served as CFO of KOEI Co., Ltd., where he contributed to the company's IPO on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. From 2000 to 2001, he oversaw venture investments as Director and CFO of Spiral & Star Co., Ltd. In 2001, he co-founded AC Capital Co., Ltd., where he served as CEO and managed buyout funds until 2009. Since 2009, he has led alternative investments at Eaglestone Capital Management Inc. Since 2017, he has played a key role as Director and CFO in the Nasdaq listing of MEDIROM Healthcare Technologies Inc., and since 2023, he has supported the U.S. listings of Japanese companies as CEO of Linden Capital Partners LLC.
Ken EdahiroIndependent Director
After graduating from Hitotsubashi University with a degree in Economics, he joined Dentsu Inc. in 2004. In 2012, he joined gloops Inc. and served as General Manager of the Marketing Division and CMO. In 2014, he became the Representative Director of King Japan Inc., overseeing product development and marketing for the puzzle game “Candy Crush” and others. In 2019, he joined BizReach, Inc. and was appointed CSO in February 2020.
