Yoshiyuki AikawaDirector（Chairman）,CEO
Dr. Aikawa currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SBC Medical Group Holdings, Inc. He also holds the position of Director at SBC Medical Group Co., Ltd. (Japan).He obtained his medical license in 1997 after graduating from Nihon University School of Medicine. Since 2008, he has been an active member of the Post Graduate Assembly (PGA) of the Department of Anesthesia at Harvard Medical School. From 2014 to 2015, he served as President and Director of the Japanese Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (JSAPS).Dr. Aikawa is also a member of several professional societies, including the Japan Laser Therapy Association, the Japan Liposuction Society, the Chemical Peeling Society, and the Japanese Society of Anesthesiologists.
Yuya YoshidaDirector,CFO,COO
Mr. Yoshida has served as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of SBC Medical Group Holdings, Inc. since September 29, 2023, and as Chief Financial Officer since April 1, 2025. From 2003, he held various roles at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, where he was involved in market operations, securitization, M&A, and ALM/treasury functions. In 2014, he earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. From January 2016 to June 2023, he worked at Rakuten Group Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for Corporate Development and was appointed Global Head and Director of Corporate Development in 2018.
Fumitoshi FujiwaraIndependent Director
He has built a career in buyout investments, venture investments, real estate development, and IPOs in both Japan and the US. At Shuwa Corporation (1989-1993), he was engaged in Japan-US finance operations. At KOEI Co., Ltd. (1993-2000), he contributed to the company‘s IPO on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and served as CFO. He oversaw venture investments as Director and CFO of Spiral & Star Co., Ltd. (2000-2001). He co-founded AC Capital Co., Ltd., where he served as CEO and managed buyout funds (2001-2009). Currently, he leads alternative investments at Eaglestone Capital Management Inc. (since 2009). He played a crucial role as Director and CFO (since 2017) in the NASDAQ listing of MEDIROM Healthcare Technologies Inc. and now supports Japanese companies in US listings as CEO of Linden Capital Partners LLC (since 2023).
Ken EdahiroIndependent Director
After graduating from Hitotsubashi University with a degree in Economics, he joined Dentsu Inc. in 2004. In 2012, he joined gloops Inc. and served as General Manager of the Marketing Division and CMO. In 2014, he became the Representative Director of King Japan Inc., overseeing product development and marketing for the puzzle game “Candy Crush” and others. In 2019, he joined BizReach, Inc. and was appointed CSO in 2020-02. He was appointed as an outside director of the company in 2024-08.
Mike Sayama, Ph.D.Independent Director
He is an independent director of Pono. He was the founding Executive Director of Community First from 2016-07 to 2021-01, responsible for operations, strategic planning, community relations, and fundraising. From 2013 to 2018, he was Vice President at Pono Health, managing the East Hawaii Independent Physicians Association and developing a data integration platform. He was Vice President at Hawaii Medical Service Association from 1997 to 2013, in charge of managing health benefits and customer relations. He also held directorships at City Bank and Central Pacific Bank. He holds a BA in Psychology from Yale and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Michigan
相川 佳之 (YOSHIYUKI AIKAWA)代表取締役会長、CEO
2023年1月20日、当社の代表取締役会長 兼 Chief Executive Officerに就任。SBCメディカルグループ株式会社（日本）の取締役も兼任。1997年に日本大学医学部を卒業し、医師免許を取得。2008年よりハーバード大学医学大学院麻酔科のPostGraduate Assembly（PGA）メンバーとして活躍。2014年から2015年にかけては、日本美容外科学会（JSAPS）の理事長を務めた。その他にも、日本レーザー医学会、日本脂肪吸引学会、ケミカルピーリング学会、日本麻酔科学会など、多くの学会に所属。
吉田 優也(YUYA YOSHIDA)取締役副社長、CFO、COO
2023年9月29日、当社のChief Operating Officer 兼 取締役に就任し、2025年4月1日、Chief Financial Officerに就任。2003年、三菱UFJフィナンシャル・グループにて、市場関連業務、証券化、M&A、ALM・トレジャリー業務などに従事。2014年、UCLAアンダーソン経営大学院にてMBAを取得。2016年1月から2023年6月まで、楽天グループ株式会社にてCorporate Development部門を担当し、2018年には同部門のGlobal Head and Directorに就任。
藤原 史利 (FUMITOSHI FUJIWARA)社外取締役
日米両国でバイアウト投資、ベンチャー投資、不動産開発、IPOなどのキャリアを積む。 (株)秀和（1989-1993）で日米のファイナンスに従事。(株)コーエー（1993-2000）では、東証IPOに貢献し、CFOを務める。株式会社スパイラル＆スター取締役CFOとしてベンチャー投資を統括(2000-2001)。 (株)エーシーキャピタルを共同設立、最高経営責任者（CEO）を務め、バイアウト・ファンドを運用（2001-2009)。 現在は、イーグルストーン・キャピタル・マネジメント株式会社（2009～）でオルタナティブ投資を指揮。また、メディロム・ヘルスケア・テクノロジーズのNASDAQ上場において取締役CFO(2017〜）として重要な役割を果たし、リンデン・キャピタル・パートナーズLLCのCEO（2023〜)として、日本企業の米国上場をサポートしている。 明治学院大学法学部卒。
枝廣 憲 (KEN EDASHIRO)社外取締役
一橋大学経済学部卒業後、2004年に株式会社電通に入社。2012年に株式会社gloopsに入社し、マーケティング本部長 兼 CMOを務める。2014年にキングジャパン株式会社の代表取締役に就任し、パズルゲーム「キャンディークラッシュ」等のプロダクト開発、マーケティングを統括。2019年に株式会社ビズリーチに入社し、2020年02月にCSOに就任。2024年08月に同社社外取締役に就任。

ポノ社の独立取締役。2016年07月から2021年01月までCommunity Firstの創設エグゼクティブ・ディレクターを務め、運営、戦略立案、コミュニティ・リレーションズ、資金調達を担当。2013年から2018年まで、ポノ・ヘルス社で副社長を務め、イーストハワイ独立医師会の運営とデータ統合プラットフォームの開発を担当。1997年から2013年までハワイ医療サービス協会で副社長を務め、医療給付と顧客関係の管理を担当。 シティバンクとセントラルパシフィックバンクの取締役も務めた。イェール大学で心理学の学士号、ミシガン大学で臨床心理学の博士号を取得。
